Camponovo, Alessia I am starting my third year as a PhD candidate in Health Sciences, affiliated with University College Dublin (UCD) and the University of Applied Sciences in Lausanne (HESAV), Switzerland. My doctoral research focuses on interprofessional collaboration and the team decision-making process in the context of palliative and oncological team meetings in hospital settings. Specifically, I aim to understand the underlying mechanisms that enable or hinder collaboration among healthcare professionals.
