“CRITCAL REALIST NARRATIVE INQUIRY”

Ellem Lisa, I’m an educator, nurse, and adult learning advocate. My doctoral research used Critical Realist Narrative Inquiry to explore what adult learners need across workplace learning, VET, and Higher Education. Findings revealed the importance of community, self-knowledge, joy, and managing change. I champion transformational education grounded in philosophical inquiry, where learners are seen as whole people and learning as a human and relational act.
